新媒体运营
岗位职责：
1、负责discuss论坛文章、专题的发布及更新，回复访客留言，活跃论坛氛围
2、审核社区文章等内容，挑选优质内容发布
3、监控社区言论，收集论坛反馈及上报
4、微信小程序及公众号的相关运营工作
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，对新媒体（公众平台，门户网站，论坛）运营有丰富经验，将根据实际的经验安排全职或实习工作
2、性格开朗，做事稳重，踏实坚韧，能够在快节奏的工作环境中按质按量的完成交付给的任务
3、熟练使用办公软件，对PS，adobe了解尤佳
网站运营专员
岗位职责：
1、负责SEO执行工作：
包括网站构架及代码方面的优化，网站内容的优化规划，关键词选择与挖掘，建立关键词词库，外链建设，结合流量统计工具进行数据分析，利用相关工具对竞争对手进行监控，从SEO引流的角度负责SEO项目的执行，达成网站SEO优化目标；
2、使用网络分析工具对其评估，定期提供数据分析报告，并找出相应改进方法，保证推广正常有效推进；
3、根据网站运营方向，完善和优化网站内容的整体结构，指导网站的内容发展方向；
4、监控和研究竞争对手及其他网站搜索营销策略，提前调整方案，不断优化账户提高ROI
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，两年以上经历；（可兼职或实习）
2、熟悉了解Baidu、360、搜狗等各大搜索引擎的原理和特点，熟悉排名规则和规律
网站编辑
1、中文/新闻采编专业优先；有商科背景更佳
2、熟练进行信息采集与编辑，能够独立撰写文章，逻辑性强、思维敏捷，有较好的文字功底；
3、参与网站的日常管理和维护，负责网站内容的建设和更新。
4、能够进行推广软文的撰写；
5、较高的职业素养、工作责任心强，能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
6、积极主动，有团队合作精神，具有良好的沟通能力及学习能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
研究员
1、具备商科背景优先
2、对资本市场有很好的了解，具备相关从业经历优先（一级或二级）
3、参与公司日常咨询项目的模型搭建（主要是财务及估值模型）
4、能够覆盖一定的行业
5、较高的职业素养、工作责任心强，能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
6、积极主动，有团队合作精神，具有良好的沟通能力及学习能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
